Enterprise GP Holdings LP said Monday that it increased its quarterly cash distribution rate to partners 14.6 percent to 47 cents per unit.
The increase is $1.88 per unit on an annualized basis. The quarterly distribution will be paid Feb. 10, to holders of record on Jan. 30.
This distribution represents a 14.6 percent increase from 41 cents per unit declared with respect to the fourth quarter of 2007.
Shares fell 36 cents to $19.45.
Enterprise GP Holdings owns interests in the midstream energy industry and related businesses.
