The oil and gas services company said it began obtaining materials and its engineering work in the second quarter of 2008 and will deliver in the fourth quarter of 2009 and throughout 2010. The projects involve connecting existing production facilities with new discoveries.
"This is the first in a series of orders to be placed under our 2006 Gulf of Mexico frame agreement with BP, and reflects the result of a joint standardization and engineering effort with BP over the past two years," said Cameron Chief Executive Jack Moore in a statement.
