Petroleum and natural gas distributor Teppco Partners LP on Friday said William Manias resigned from his position as vice president and chief financial officer of its general partner, Texas Eastern Products Pipeline Co. LLC, effective Jan. 15.
Manias joined Texas Eastern Products Pipeline in January 2006 and has served as CFO since then. Prior to joining Teppco, he worked for Enterprise Products Partners.
Tracy Ohmart, who has served as controller since May 2002 and as assistant treasurer since February 2007, has been named acting CFO. Ohmart served as acting CFO for the general partner in the past, from July 2005 until January 2006.
The company could not be immediately reached for comment.
Shares of Teppco Partners rose 18 cents to close at $23.97.
